Business Process and Analysis Essentials Level I
The Business Process & Analysis Essentials workshop is intended for those participants who would like to learn more about CRM Pharma business processes and business analysis for Oracle Siebel and OBIEE implementations. This workshop covers basic Business Process and Analysis topics and introduces iGrafx.

Prerequisites: Oracle Siebel Pharma Overview and OBIEE Pharma Overview (or equivalent).
Business Process and Analysis Essentials Level II
The Business Process & Analysis Essentials workshop is intended for those participants who would like to learn more about CRM Pharma business processes and business analysis for Oracle Siebel and OBIEE implementations. This workshop covers in-depth Business Process and Analysis topics and how to conduct meetings and presentations. In this workshop, participants will have the ability to apply their knowledge and presentation skills in a case study.

Project Management Essentials
The Project Management Essentials workshop is intended for participants interested in learning the basic project management skills as well as how to lead Oracle Siebel implementations and OBIEE projects.
