- Blueprint of how the transition is made from old to new.
3. Upgrade Implementation Phase
- Deliver Siebel 7 application.
4. Quality Control Phase
- A critical phase of upgrade is testing. Perform formal system, performance and user acceptance testing.
5. Pilot Phase
- Final validation amongst a controlled user group.
6. Deployment Phase
- Execute end-user training, distribute hardware/software migrate production data, and position support team.
