4. Quality Control Phase

  • A critical phase of upgrade is testing. Perform formal system, performance and user acceptance testing.

5. Pilot Phase

  • Final validation amongst a controlled user group.

6. Deployment Phase

  • Execute end-user training, distribute hardware/software migrate production data, and position support team.
