The Webflow Player
This feature will allow users and audience members to view presentations via the web without intrusively installing new software.
Display Follow Up Presentations: Recipients of follow up presentations can click on the link in the received email and view via the web, the presentation materials that the presenter has shared with them.
Web Player Security: Organization might require authentication credentials to authorize access to their follow up presentation.
Full Screen vs. Normal View: The user can view the follow up presentations in full screen mode or in normal mode, and can choose when to switch between the two modes while the presentation is playing.
Linear & Timed Navigation, Pause & Resume: Web player user can navigate through the presentation. For timed navigation, the user can at any point pause and resume the playing of presentation.
Display Textual Annotations: Annotations that accompany the presentation scenes can be minimized or maximized by the user of the web player.
Web Player Data Tracking: Data tracking for web player is enabled and traced data will be available for CRM integration, reporting etc.

This module allows a user to identify and share digital assets with their audience. These digital assets are made available to audience members via the web to view at their convenience.
Filter and Select Scenes, Save and Delete Filters
In order to select scenes for follow up, users are enabled to filter and search based on one or more keywords and saved filters.
Save and Preview Presentation
If the user is not ready to publish the presentation, the user can save it and load it at any time.
Email Template
Users will be able to select from a variety of predetermined email templates.
Publish Presentation
This will start a process that makes the presentation available to the web player/landing page, as well as sends an email to the target recipient with a link to the presentation.
