SFX Training Overview

Skura has developed training curriculum to help partners and clients become experts in our products and solutions. The course materials incorporate Skura best practices and practical advice based on actual projects. The ultimate goal of our training program is to provide high-quality training that is interactive, challenging and in touch with our partner and clients’ needs

Training is delivered in various formats to meet the diverse needs of the audience.

1. Instructor-Led:

• On-site classroom training
• Virtual classroom (web conference)

2. Self-paced online courses:

• Interactive and engaging self-study program that provides the learners with the flexibility to train at their own pace in a self-directed manner. Each course includes Knowledge Checks and End-of-Course Assessments that provide immediate feedback throughout the course and ensure baseline competency of the learned concepts at the end of the course.

Role-based Curricula

We have designed role-based curricula, taking into consideration the nature and level of individual’s involvement in SFX suite implementation and administration.

We have identified the following roles that may follow different learning paths:

• SFX Cloud Administrator

Training is priced on a per student basis.

SFX 101 Introduction to SFX Suite:

This course is intended for Skura Customers and Partners interested in Introduction to Closed Loop Marketing and the Overview of the Skura SFX Suite of products.

This course may be applicable to the following roles: Creative Manger, Content Integrator, Content Developer, Data Integrator, Cloud Administrator.

SFX 102 SFX Content Integration:

This course is intended for Skura Customers and Partners interested in learning about SFX Content Integration, including creating content, PostCall configuration, and importing presentation content.

This course may be applicable to the following roles: Content Integrator, Content Developer, Data Integrator.

SFX 501 SFX Cloud Administration

This course is intended for Skura Customers and Partners seeking training in SFX Cloud Server Administration to service Files, Users and Groups for management of SFX Viewer, SFX Webflow, and SFX Mobile Clients.

This course may be applicable to the following role: User Administrator, Content Developer, Data Integrator.

SFX 502 SFX Cloud Content Management

This course is intended for Skura Customers and Partners seeking training in SFX Webflow and SFX Mobile Content Importing, Creation, Configuration and Deployment.

This course may be applicable to the following role: Content Developer.

MICROSOFT OS STREAM (assumes reps are using MS Windows based OS)

SFX 103 Reprint Integration

This course is intended for Skura Customers and Partners interested in learning how to integrate .pdf reprints into SFX Reprint Viewer.

This course may be applicable to the following role: Content Integrator.

SFX 104 Segmentation

This course is intended for Skura Customers and Partners interested in learning about SFX Segmentation, including creating and configuring Segments, scheduling segmentation data and triggering segmentation.

This course may be applicable to the following roles: Content Integrator, Data Integrator.

SFX 201 Flash Content Integration

This course is intended for Skura Customers and Partners interested in learning about SFX Flash Content Integration, including Flash Integration Actions, Action Script SFX APIs, and Data Integration.

This course may be applicable to the following role: Content Developer.

SFX 301 Data Integration Overview

This course is intended for Skura Customers and Partners seeking training in SFX Data Integration, including understanding Input and Output Data Objects and Event Map.

This course may be applicable to the following role: Data Integrator.
