OBIEE (Oracle Siebel Analytics) Training Suite

Our OBIEE Training Suite technical workshops have been created to be Pharma-specific and to include all of Skura’s extensive OBIEE implementation experiences and best practices. The OBIEE Training Suite supports roles and skills on OBIEE implementation projects as well as product support.

The OBIEE Pharma Overview workshop is intended for participants interested in learning more about the OBIEE Pharma product and its related tools.

The OBIEE Report Developer workshop is intended for participants interested in OBIEE front-end design and development, specifically OBIEE report development and web catalog administration.  This workshop covers OBIEE web catalog, report and dashboard development.

The OBIEE Application Administration workshop is intended for participants interested in learning about OBIEE front-end design and development, specifically OBIEE repository using Administration Tool.  This workshop is comparable to Siebel Analytics Server Architect course offered by Oracle University.

Prerequisites:      OBIEE Pharma Overview.

The OBIEE Data Warehouse Developer workshop is intended for participants interested in learning OBIEE back-end design and development.  The workshop covers OBIEE installation steps and ETL process.

Oracle Siebel Data Integration

Our Oracle Siebel Data Integration technical workshop has been created to be Pharma-specific and to include all of the Skura’s extensive Oracle Siebel Data Integration experiences and best practices.

Oracle Siebel Data Integration
The Oracle Siebel Data integration course is designed to educate participants on understanding how and why Data Integration is so vitally important to organizations today.  It is imperative that participants understand the various ways of gathering and integrating data from various sources and how it can increase the efficiency and effectiveness a corporation.  In addition, participants will discover why integrating customer data across the enterprise allows for better interpretation of key business metrics to increase the profitability of a business.

SFX Product Suite

The SFX Training Suite of Products is intended to assist Sales and Marketing professionals to increase both their productivity and profitability by introducing them to the many benefits the SFX Suite has to offer.  We teach our participants how to effectively utilize our application suite to create presentations that will leave a lasting impression when a Sales Representative makes a call on a Physician.   The SFX Suite will assist Sales Representatives in meeting and surpassing Physician expectations by monitoring, recording, maintaining and analyzing doctor-specific information, increasing the chances of a physician partnering with a pharmaceutical company to provide better treatment for patients.

The SFX Training Suite is made up of the following:  SFX Viewer, SFX Designer, and SFX Analytics.

SFX Designer Core
The SFX Designer Core training is designed to provide a basic overview of both the SFX Viewer and SFX Designer applications.  In this course, participants are introduced to the basic skills required to successfully create SFX Presentations using the various features and functionality of Viewer and Designer.  Class participation is encouraged by involving participants in interesting and challenging activities that are done both individually and in group environments.  An in-depth Case Study is also utilized to ensure hands-on familiarity and comprehension of our applications.

Course Duration:  2 Days.
Prerequisites:      None. Oracle Siebel Pharma Overview is recommended.

SFX Designer Advanced
In the SFX Designer Advanced course, participants will review the skills they learned in the SFX Designer Core course and then build on those skills by tackling the more advanced features of SFX Viewer and Designer.  Participants will continue the Case Study they began in SFX Designer Core to create a fully functioning presentation with basic Oracle Siebel data integration.

Course Duration:  2 Days.
Prerequisites:      SFX Designer Core and Siebel Core Training.* 

*This could be SFX Oracle Siebel training offered by Skura Learning Center or Oracle Siebel Core Consultancy workshop offered by Oracle University.

SFX Oracle Siebel
The SFX Oracle Siebel workshop course is intended for participants who have little to no knowledge of the features and functionality of the Oracle Siebel application as it relates to the SFX environment.  This overview course will provide participants with ample time to become familiar with basic Oracle Siebel navigation, tools, querying, and administration.  It is recommended that this course be taken prior to enrolling in the SFX Designer Core Course.

Course Duration:  2 Days.
Prerequisites:      None. Oracle Siebel Pharma Overview is recommended.

SFX Certification
Certification is available to all participants who have successfully completed our SFX Certification Track.
 
To become SFX Certified candidates need to complete (3) courses and (1) exam.  The following courses are required to obtain certification:  SFX Designer Core, SFX Oracle Siebel Course, and SFX Designer Advanced. 

A passing score of 80% is required on the SFX Certification Exam to receive the SFX Certified designation.

The SFX Certification Exam is delivered exclusively by Skura Learning Center.
